Refund Policy

Free tier

The free tier is free. No refunds apply.

Paid subscriptions — the 7-day try window

If you paid for a Pro subscription and decide within 7 days of first payment that Galatea is not right for you, we will refund your crypto payment. Contact @galatea_owner on Telegram or email support@galatea.su with your order reference. Refunds are issued to the same crypto address you paid from. Processing time: 1-3 business days.

After 7 days

After the 7-day window, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your subscription will not renew — but already-paid periods are not refunded.

Exceptions

If Galatea experiences a prolonged service outage (more than 48 hours in a billing period) that prevents you from using the tool, contact us and we will provide a pro-rated refund or extend your subscription accordingly.

Custom / Studio tier

Custom agreements are negotiated individually. Refund terms are defined in the service agreement for each Custom customer.

Fraud and abuse

Accounts terminated for fraud, platform violations, or terms abuse are not eligible for refunds regardless of timing.
